Biography
Mr. Johns has received numerous presidential and gubernatorial recognitions and appointments. Former President George H.W. Bush appointed Mr. Johns to the Selective Service Board in 1989, where he serves to this day. He has been an active participant in the business, civic, and political life of California over the past thirty-five years. As a graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mr. Johns received the college’s Outstanding Senior Award and was inducted into the University of Arkansas Engineering Hall of Fame in 1977 and is also listed in “Who’s Who in California.”

Biography
Mr. Barnett is Executive Vice President of Inland Energy, Inc. He joined Inland in August 2003 after more than 15 years with Constellation Energy Group, where he served as Vice-President in charge of power plant development in the Western U.S. Mr. Barnett has been in the power plant development field for more than 25 years and has developed projects in a dozen different states. Most recently, he led the successful development of Constellation’s 830 MW High Desert Power Project in Victorville, CA. In September 2003 the High Desert Power Project was awarded “Power” Magazine’s prestigious Power Plant of the Year for 2003. The editor of “Power” specifically cited Mr. Barnett’s development effort as a key reason for the award. Mr. Barnett has an M.S. in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia and served as an officer with the U.S. Army 82nd Airborne Division.

Biography
Dan Chen was born and raised in Jilin Province in Northeast China. She is fluent in both English and Mandarin and also self-taught Italian. Prior to moving to the US in 2010, she worked for an Italian engineering company as Shanghai Office Chief Representative. She worked as Center Director for one of the largest English training centers shortly after graduation with a B. A. degree in Business English from Northeastern University in Shenyang, China.

After graduating from the University of Southern California and attaining his CPA credential while working at Price Waterhouse, Mr. Bozarth embarked on a career of financial management. For the last 30 years, he has been the controller, finance manager, and chief financial officer for companies in California, Saudi Arabia and Connecticut. He has worked in the construction, mergers and acquisitions, hedge fund, retail internet and specialty franchise industries.

Charles Hicks, Jr., earned his Juries Doctor Degree in 2000, and his B.S. in Applied Science and Technology from Edison State College, New Jersey in 1984. Jim Lindsey is one of only two founders of Inland Group Africa and is the Chairman of the Board, of this venture into the farming business in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Mr. Lindsey provides the funds for the education for 70 Orphans, and with the assistance of Vodacom-Congo sent over 100,000 pounds of used clothing to be distributed free of charge through the churches and refugee camps. He is the President of African Wireless Inc., majority owner of Congolese Wireless Network, and 49% owner of Vodacom-Congo, the largest cell phone company in the DRC, with over 1.8 million subscribers.
